The Hawaiian Christmas Song features ukulele, a singable melody, and a fun-happy groove. The song portrays a real island feel, orchestrated with natural tones including slide and percussion. The Hawaiian Christmas Song was originally released on the Moments album and is also part of the Christmas Songs EP. The lyrics provide a reminder of the Holiday season’s true purpose.
I've always loved Christmas and Hawaiian Music, and from an artistic standpoint I really felt the need to connect these two concepts together. Also, I thought about how Christmas is so much about giving. If every day we could give like Christmas, the world would be different. The melody and lyrics just came to me as I was playing my ukulele on Christmas Day. And so, the Hawaiian Christmas Song was born on Christmas Day.
The Hawaiian Christmas Song initially featured on Prime Time TV in 2013 on CBS's Hawaii 5-0 in the episode Pukana https://youtu.be/5NDePiiGq9w?si=GL3_neLGKMhPvQr9. The song has been performed by groups around the world. Sheet music is available on the website and for mailing list members.

Lyrics
If everyday we could give like Christmas...
Just give out love and hope to the world...
Well underneath the mistletoe I'll give you...
Love and hope and whichever way that we may go we will say...
Hey, hey when it's a bright Christmas day...
Mele Kalikimaka we'll say...
We'll sing mele kalikimaka...
Mele kalikimaka
